French plant-based meat FoodTech Umiami raises €32.5M in funding for expansion

Umiami is a French foodtech that was founded with the mission to reduce worldwide meat consumption and its impact on health, animals, and the environment. They are pioneers in the development of a patent-pending process for texturizing plant proteins called “umisation”. Here are details of Umiami’s latest funding round :
