Tech4Farmers is a 12-month incubation program powered by IMPACT Lab. Designed to foster the development and commercialization of Agritech solutions, this program addresses critical needs in Morocco’s agricultural sector. It forms part of the Tamkin Li Tanmia project, funded by AFD, which aims to promote sustainable agriculture and Agritech innovation in Morocco.
Who Can Apply?
Tech4Farmers seeks groundbreaking Agritech solutions tailored to Morocco’s agricultural challenges. Ambitious and committed teams are encouraged to apply if they meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Proposed solutions should target the Moroccan market.
- Projects must align with the program’s themes.
- A functional prototype of the solution is required.

Prototype Requirements
Projects must move beyond the idea stage and present a prototype—a preliminary version of the solution designed for testing and validating its core value proposition. While not the final product, this prototype demonstrates the feasibility of the innovation.
Market Launch Support
Tech4Farmers supports participants in refining prototypes into market-ready solutions. Through access to laboratories and collaboration with agricultural partners in the Fes-Meknes region, participants gather market insights and validate their offerings. Program visibility ensures enhanced market entry opportunities.
Funding Opportunities
Participants can access up to 100,000 MAD in startup funds for equipment and expertise. Funding is subject to a structured approval process upon program integration.
Application Evaluation Process
The evaluation process involves two steps:
- Application Review: The program team will shortlist 25–30 promising projects based on innovation, prototype maturity, program alignment, team quality, business model feasibility, and growth potential.
- Digital Pitch: A jury of entrepreneurial, agricultural, and tech experts will select 20 startups for the program.
