INNOV'UP is an entrepreneurial center created by the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs and Businesswomen of Togo (FEFA-TOGO). The center was set up with the assistance of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the National Employment Agency (ANPE) which are to date the strategic partners of INNOV'UP.
