Moustapha is the CEO of the IAM (African Institute of Management). He is one of the pioneers of private higher education in Senegal. The IAM today extends throughout the West African sub-region and Central Africa notably with campuses in Ouagadougou and Bamako and delocalized courses in Lomé Cotonou and Libreville. The Institute employs more than 200 teachers and has an administrative support staff of more than 75 permanent members. With 3500 students and a network of 5700 alumni spread across Africa.
